Initiating a solution to the problems that the Energy Industry is facing due to acute shortage of skilled professionals, the Seminar aims at bringing out the major factors that are contributing to the same, and bringing out a solution through integrating some of the best brains in the industry.
All major operators and service companies seem to have ignored the basic need to train and retain a highly skilled workforce all along. This under-investing, coupled with the retirement of senior personnel over the last two decades, has led to a serious dearth of qualified personnel in the industry.
