AUV Amogh is the first autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) developed by a team (AUV Team 2013) of undergraduate students from OE, ME, CH, AE and CS departments at IIT Madras was selected as one of India's top 10 teams in National Competition on Student Autonomous underwater Vehicle (SAVe)-2014 by National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), and Robosub-2013 competition by Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI).
